Nolan Baker is the Administrative Support Coordinator for the Tri-State Area School Study Council. In this role, he leads a variety of key operational functions.
Previously, Nolan was a Program Assistant at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and a Community Engagement Specialist for United Returning Citizens/AmeriCorps. Nolan has also completed training as a career coach.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science with a Minor in Business from Youngstown State University.
